The art on our walls at Bear Creek Veterinary Care is created by local artists. Proceeds from the sale of the art help to fund our “Old Friends” Charity.

Our featured artist is our own Scott Majors!

About the Artist

Award-winning Colorado native Scott Majors has been exploring his creative style of photography from a young age. Equipped with a Pentax ME Super for a College course in black and white photography, his talents were quickly noticed by his instructor, which led to a position as Photo Editor for the Mesa State College student newspaper, The Criterion. After graduation and an internship as a photojournalist at the Loveland Daily Reporter Herald, Scott worked for the Canon City Daily Record before going on to freelance work for the Colorado Springs Business Journal and other publications. More recently, Scott has been published in Recoil Magazine and his work has been seen in galleries around Southern Colorado. He is available for many types of photography needs including Pet Portraits.

A Conservation Easement Project is Underway for Bear Creek Regional Park!

Bear Creek Veterinary Care is participating in a community effort to place a Conservation Easement over Bear Creek Regional Park that will help preserve the land as a park and open space in perpetuity.

Because we love to support our local community, and because of our interest in the preservation of park land and open spaces, Bear Creek Veterinary Care has agreed to match your donations dollar-for-dollar up to $500.00! You can find out more information about the project by visiting our county’s website: www.elpasoco.com.
